Don: I've never heard of him. 2) Ted, to Don, looking around Benihana: You think the rest of these tourists are from J. Walter Thompson? 3) Pete, giving the Honda executives a tour of the creative lounge: We can't tell you how it happens, but it does happen here. Translator: This is too difficult. Pete: Tell them something Translator: I don't know what this room is for. 4) Pete: It's been 20 years, and whether you like it or not, these are not the same people! Roger: How do you know? I'm the same people! 5) Don: Miss Blankenship, have I received any packages today? Miss Blankenship: Yes. Don: Could you bring it in, please? Miss Blankenship, refusing to hand the package to Pete: It says "Don" on it. 6) Ted: How long did you work for Draper? He ever break the rules? Smitty: I don't know. He wouldn't have shared it with me. He's always thinking on the edges of where you are. He's a genius. Ted: You ever talk that way about me? 7) Faye: You'd be surprised what people say to an interested stranger. 8) Don, to the Honda executives: You created this set of rules to level the playing field. It says specifically no finished work. I understand not everyone has followed these rules. I don't want to be part of a competition like that, so I'm withdrawing us. 9) Roger: Since when is forgiveness a better quality than loyalty? Joan: I know it will never seem like it was that long ago, but you fought to make the world a better place, and you won, and now it is. 10) Miss Blankenship, loudly: Your daughter's psychiatrist called. |
