Sterling Script Lines - S4: Episode 4
1) Don, in his office on the phone: Why is that empty?
Allison: Because you drank it all. 2) Roger on the phone: Oh my God, there's some kind of fire down by Radio City. We should go. Sorry, Lee. 3) Harry, to Pete: Look, we're having lunch. Tag along. He always asks about you. Worst case, Kenny'll brag too much and then you can steal a client from him. 4) Tom, in the bar with Pete, after accidentally telling Pete Trudy's news: It was Monday, for cryin' out loud. Why hasn't she told you? 5) Dotty, in the focus group: I feel like it doesn't matter what I see. It only matters what he sees. I feel like I gave him everything and I got nothing. 6) Peggy, who went to comfort Allison: I don't know what you think, but your problem is not my problem. And honestly, you should just get over it. 7) Ken: I heard you told your wife I was driving the tractor when the accident happened. Pete: What I probably said was that you were involved. 8) Don, about the recommendation letter: You've been sparkling in your duties. Just put it on my stationery and say whatever you want and I'll sign it. Allison, throwing a paperweight at him: I don't say this easily, but you are not a good person! 9) Tom: I know what you're gonna say. You're gonna need a bigger apartment. Pete: Every time you jump to conclusions, Tom, it makes me respect you less. 10) Joyce, at the party when someone walks by in a costumed bear head: Jesus. I thought I needed a lot of attention. 11) Peggy: I have a boyfriend. Joyce: He doesn't own your vagina. Peggy: No, but he's renting it. 12) Peggy, to Joey: Did you know Malcolm X was shot last Sunday? (Joey nods) Well, did you know who he was? Joey: Do you ever read the stuff between the ads? 13) Old couple in Don's Apartment: Did you get pears? We'll talk about it inside. |

Things We Should Have Said
- We talked about how Joan dislikes the box Caroline puts her in - "They don't want us - we're old, married women," and we should have explicitly connected that to Peggy's reaction when Allison puts her in a box of former secretaries who have slept with Don.
