Things We Should Have Said
- We touched on how Don and Betty view family so differently, but didn't explicitly make the point that Don avoids Betty's family trip to her father's home in Philadelphia, only to face Suzanne's brother in Ossining.
- We should have compared the journey of Don's office key to the one ring on its way to Mordor. The key is found in an unexpected place, its journey creates havoc, and whether it's Isildur or Gollum or Frodo or Don or Betty Draper, what the bearer does with it is life-changing.
