Peggy: Really? 4) Peggy: Their skin - it's not even on their mind. They're two kids who used to have a problem. 5) Bud, to Pete: I was on the phone with Mother the other day. You were all she talked about. Pete: Really? Bud: No. (They both laugh) 6) Roger, to Don about Jane: Has your wife seen that yet? Do me a favor. Let me be there when it happens. 7) Bobbie, to Don: It's flattering to be able to keep you interested. 8) Playtex audition model, to Pete: They fall in love with a picture of you, and you come in and they're disappointed. Things We Should Have Said
- If Don had taken time to have a real lunch meeting with Duck instead of breezing through with a short visit so he could get to his afternoon with Bobbie, would Duck have held himself together?
- Matthew Weiner has said this is his favorite episode of Mad Men.
- When Duck hears his ex-wife is remarrying, he says "Franklin Reeve is a good man." Franklin Reeve was a writer who mentored Matthew Weiner (and actor Christopher Reeve's father).
