Sterling Script Lines - S2: Episode 11
1) Pete: I just saw Tony Curtis in the men's room. Tony Curtis, Don. A thing like that.
2) Roger's lawyer: Mona has the marriage license, and she wants to hurt you. If you want to marry this 20-year-old girl, you're going to have to buy it from her. Roger: How bad will it be? Lawyer: Think of all the good things in life, and then cut them in half. 3) Roger, to Duck: Everyone thinks you're a fine fella. But if I were you, I'd go out and make rain. 4) Joy, to Don: Why would you deny yourself something you want? 5) Joy: Do you want to get your things? Don: No. 6) Joy, to Don: Have you ever had Mexican Food? You're gonna like it. 7) Greta, to Don: Joy and Willy think you're a spy. But your wallet fell out. You're in advertising. Don: Or I'm a really good spy. 8) Duck, to Saint John Powell: I want to be in charge of all international business. Creative reports to me or the whole thing falls apart. 9) Peggy: I don't know why I choose the wrong boys. Kurt: You are drinking sad. 10) Joy: My father will take care of you. He likes having you around. You're beautiful and you don't talk too much. |

Things We Should Have Said
- Charles Shaughnessy plays Saint John Powell, and he's recognizable from Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and The Nanny
- We didn't talk about Pete letting his papers go by the pool right when the young women in bathing suits walked by, or their disinterest in him. It didn't dampen his spirits, though.
- When Don says, "You must all be well off," to the Jet Set, they do let it pass, but first Greta clicks her tongue. It might be the most emphatic tongue click of all time.
