Happy 10th Anniversary!

It's been ten years to the day that the Mad Men series finale aired, and that makes it a great time for a re-watch! Go back to the incredible costumes, the witty repartee, and the character arcs that keep you thinking.

Mad Men is one of my all-time favorites, and I’ve been itching to start from the beginning again. But this time I wanted some company...people who could point out new details, make me laugh, and remind me that Don Draper is not a role model.

Then I found your podcast. After just your intro episode, I knew I was in. Your style and sense of humor are exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to see what stands out to me now compared to past rewatches, though I have a feeling I’ll be spending less time admiring Don’s mystique and more time yelling “Oh, come on” at the screen. And yet...I have a sinking suspicion I’ll still secretly want to be Roger Sterling. How awful is that?!

I’m starting a few months late, but I’ll catch up quick. Thanks for making this rewatch even better.

For the record, we are also conflicted by how much we like Roger Sterling, even though we feel like we should know better.
